The Deputy Director, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, will lead JCOD's Office of Adult Programs and continue to scale and improve JCOD’s ability to provide, via contracted community-based service providers, non-clinical human services to justice-involved and impacted individuals to address their health and social services needs and help reduce their risk of further involvement in the justice system. The Office of Adult Programs is responsible for robust oversight of over 80 service provider contracts and a budget of over $79 million annually and growing. This is an unclassified position.
