Job Summary:
AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Community Development Intern will provide direct support to the Community and Hockey Development team in fulfillment of events and initiatives (i.e., Camps and Clinics). This role includes a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to learn different aspects of the business operations side of an NHL franchise.
Responsibilities:
- Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
- Collaborate on new initiatives with the Community and Hockey Development team
- Assist with check-in tables at events when needed
- Assist the department with “Ball Hockey” and “We Are All Kings” summer initiatives
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Passion for sports and live entertainment
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry
