Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Potential to Full-Time)
Shift Hours: 8am–2pm AND 1pm–6pm, Monday–Friday and weekends | Dress Code: Business Casual
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented administrative assistant to support a variety of office functions, including:
· Typing letters and completing forms
· Preparing compliance reports and data entry
· Answering phones and filing
· Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and special projects, as needed
Ideal Candidate:
A dependable and professional team player who communicates clearly (verbally and in writing), manages multiple tasks efficiently, and works with discretion and follow-through.
· 5+ years’ experience
· Strong computer skills (PC & Mac): Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive
· Fast and accurate typing (min. 55 WPM)
· Minimum AA degree preferred
· Strong writing ability for audit responses, proposals, internal memos, and client communications
· Quick note-taking and multitasking under deadlines
