Professional sports demand that players and staff perform at their best on and off the field. Learning from failure, embracing adversity, and managing success are key to building mental strength, which is why we prioritize a competitive yet supportive environment that promotes relentless work ethic.
Since Norman Triplett’s 1898 study on social facilitation, the first sport psychology publication—practitioners have balanced over a century of research with the responsibility of serving as educators, mentors, counselors, and coaches. Our work combines proven science with genuine relationships.
Access and availability are essential to weaving mental strength into player development. We strive to ensure our players arrive at Dodger Stadium ready to navigate both the game and life as confident fathers, loyal friends, and dependable teammates—carrying forward the values passed down from Jackie Robinson to Tommy Lasorda.
