Title: Business Strategy & Analytics Fellow
Department: Business Strategy & Analytics
Status: Fellow (5-month program)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour housing stipend
The Fellow will support the Business Strategy & Analytics function with data analysis, project management, and strategic planning. This individual will be the vital link between data and business objectives, using independent judgment. This person will impact the organization by contributing to projects that will improve operational efficiencies, control operating costs, and drive revenue.

- Interviews for our 2026 Fellowship positions will take place February 2026
The Fellow will support the Business Strategy & Analytics function with data analysis, project management, and strategic planning. This individual will be the vital link between data and business objectives, using independent judgment. This person will impact the organization by contributing to projects that will improve operational efficiencies, control operating costs, and drive revenue.
Basic Requirements/Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven understanding in SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and statistical language such as R and Python is preferred
- Ability to create advanced statistical models with a broad range of methodologies and tools, such as exploratory data manipulation and analysis, regression analysis, forecasting models, simulation, probability models, and optimization; proficiency in financial and statistical modeling
- Excellent reasoning, problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills to deliver concise and thorough business solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills to successfully manage projects from inception to execution and deliver high-quality outputs
- Current student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduation
- Graduated from undergrad or graduate school, with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate school
- Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Passionate about working for a professional sports team
- Proactive and out of the box thinking
