Requirements / Qualifications
Single Subject or Subject Matter Authorization: Physical Education w/ an English learner authorization

- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Attach 3 letters (Requirement: 1 letter from your current employer. Note: a recommendation from your master teacher meets this requirement for recent graduates.) Include only 3 letters and attach as a single document file.)
