Los Angeles City Law, APLC is seeking an experienced Online Reputation & Review Platform Specialist to assist with managing and improving the firm’s online reputation across Yelp, Google, and other public review platforms.
This is not a social media marketing role. The position is focused on online reputation and review platform management.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Yelp and Google review support, review platform management, client review strategy, and online brand development. This role is best suited for someone who understands how review platforms display, rank, and promote businesses, and who can help implement professional and ethical strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and public perception.
Candidates must have proficient knowledge of Yelp and Google, including review platform activity, business profile management, review visibility, platform best practices, and client engagement strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing the firm’s online reputation across Yelp, Google, and other public review platforms
- Providing support with Yelp and Google review management and platform activity
- Assisting with business profile management and review visibility efforts
- Developing strategies to encourage positive client engagement and feedback
- Assisting with review generation and follow-up processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve the firm’s online presence and public image
- Tracking platform activity, trends, and performance
- Ensuring all reputation management efforts align with professional and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of Yelp and Google is required
- Prior experience in online reputation management, Yelp support, Google review support, digital branding, or review platform management
- Strong understanding of review-based platforms and how businesses are presented online
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and provide strategy recommendations
- Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or client-facing role is a plus
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
