Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Attorney role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including legal research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, managing trial preparation, and representing clients in court. The role entails working collaboratively with a legal team to build strong cases, advocate effectively, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Strong knowledge of Motions and the ability to draft, file, and argue legal motions
- Familiarity with Courts, including local, state, and federal court procedures
- Experience with conducting Trials and developing effective trial strategies
- Expertise in Depositions, including organizing, conducting, and assessing outcomes
- Active bar membership in the state of California
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in personal injury law is a strong advantage
- Able to thrive under deadlines and fast-paced litigation demands
- Candidates must have at least 1–3 years of litigation experience.
