What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Los Angeles City Law?
Los Angeles City Law is a top rated personal injury law firm with a beautiful newly built office that is expanding. Our growing office is looking for someone who can be the in house booker keeper which means they will have to (1) draft checks out of QuickBooks Online, (2) save costs in our software management system, (3) audit case files for cost confirmations when they settle, and (4) work closely with our accounting firm who will provide monthly tasks for three way IOLTA Reconciliation between the bank, our software management system, and QuickBooks. This role will also serve as a hybrid Human Resources (HR) person in which you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and complaint work environment. Your duties will including recruitment, training, performance management, benefits administration, and most importantly employee relations.
