Job Title: Executive Director, Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization (LARSO)
Employment Status: Full-Time Exempt
Reports to: Board of Directors
Salary range: $65,000-$75,00 DOE
Location: Los Alamos, NM

The Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization (LARSO) is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the Betty Ehart and White Rock Senior Centers. This role oversees administration, operations, staff leadership, fundraising, and community engagement to enhance the quality of life for older adults in Los Alamos County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for staff and programs.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, fundraising, compliance, and reporting.
- Cultivate donor and community relationships, including grants and sponsorships.
- Represent LARSO with funding agencies, stakeholders, and at community meetings.
- Foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/public administration, human services, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of leadership/administrative experience, preferably in community or social services.
- Strong skills in financial management, staff supervision, fundraising, grant writing, and donor stewardship.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
