The Ruidoso Municipal School District, located in beautiful Lincoln County, New Mexico, is seeking an experienced, visionary, and high-integrity educational leader to focus on: 1) Student-Centered Governance & Instructional Leadership, 2) Community & Tribal Relations, 3) Fiscal & Operational Management, 4) Board & Stakeholder Partnerships, and 5) Personnel & District Leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
● Master’s degree from an accredited institution
● Valid New Mexico administrative license or eligibility for a New
Mexico administrative license
● 5 years of school principalship and/or central office experience

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
