What You Will Do
We are seeking an outstanding undergraduate student to join our team at the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) to develop an advanced time-resolved spectroscopy platform and related control systems. The prospective candidate will primarily be involved in the hands-on development of a structured light supercontinuum spectroscopy system. They will also have the opportunity to utilize this system and others to explore a variety of quantum material dynamics in concert with graduate students, postdocs, and staff scientists on the team.
What You Need
Minimum Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Python, Labview, MATLAB, or similar programming language; exposure to undergraduate or graduate level coursework in quantum mechanics and/or optics.

Work Location: The work location for this position is onsite and located in Los Alamos, NM. All work locations are at the discretion of management.

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a STEM field.
- Currently enrolled (12 semester credit hours or full-time equivalent) in an accredited undergraduate degree-granting program (or international equivalent)

- Entering first-year students must provide documentation indicating matriculation into an accredited undergraduate degree program.
