Oversee phased rollouts, pilot launches, and deployment readiness gates. Lead stakeholder governance, executive updates, and decision forums. Track risks, issues, and escalations; ensure smooth hypercare support post-launch. Ensure compliance approvals, control checks, and customer communications are completed. Required experience 7 years in GTM, product launches, or program management in regulated industries. Own integrated launch plans, including milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, governance, and execution tracking. Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Service, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Change Management teams. Manage launch readiness activities, including training, FAQs, enablement materials, communications, and frontline support. Coordinate phased rollouts, launch sequencing, and readiness gates from pilot through broad deployment.
