Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of residential properties. This is a hybrid role based in Fresno, CA, with partial remote flexibility after training.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, analyze, and evaluate residential property opportunities within target markets.
- Conduct market research to determine property values, repair estimates, and investment potential.
- Negotiate purchase terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads through CRM systems and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, agents, and investors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and transaction flow.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to management regarding acquisition activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or property investment (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, property evaluation, and lead management systems (CRM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting acquisition goals.
- Excellent organizational and relationship management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance preferred (not mandatory).
- Real estate license is a plus but not required.
