Master Scheduler
Location: Bourbon, MO | Hybrid (1 Day WFH)

Our client is seeking a detail-driven Master Scheduler to lead production scheduling and capacity planning across four Missouri manufacturing sites. This role owns the Master Production Schedule, drives SIOP maturity, and ensures alignment between demand, capacity, and customer requirements. Manages 1–2 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule in alignment with demand and capacity
- Optimize ERP/MRP parameters (NetSuite preferred)
- Manage planning for labor, equipment, materials & new product launches
- Proactively resolve capacity constraints and inventory risks
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement & Operations
- Track KPIs (schedule adherence, utilization, throughput) and support Lean/CI initiatives
- Lead, train, and support scheduling team members
Qualifications
- 5–8 years production or supply chain planning experience in manufacturing
- 1–2 years in Master Scheduling or senior planning role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Business
- APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
- Strong ERP experience advanced Excel
- Effective communicator with strong analytical skills
