Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commercial Rolling & Sectional Door Installation Technician who doesn’t mind working with their hands, working at heights,* and getting the job done right. You’ll Install and service rolling and sectional doors, dock equipment, and operators* that keep businesses running. - Install and service commercial doors, operators, and dock gear like a pro
- Double-check site conditions to make sure everything’s safe and ready
- Talk with superintendents, managers, or building owners, no guesswork here
- Handle some light framing or adjustments when needed
- Keep your truck stocked and tools ready to roll
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and tape measures like a boss
- Take safety seriously; toolbox talks are part of the gig
- Keep the team updated on progress, issues, or when something’s in your way
What We’re Looking For
- 5 year of installation, service, or construction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (e.g., no DUIs or major violations; meets insurability standards)
- Can lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights
- Comfortable working outside in the elements
- Know your way around a tape measure and some basic math
- Can pass a drug screen and background check
- Willing to learn and grow with a team that’s got your back
