Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor QA automation teams in the development of efficient test automation frameworks and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Cypress, JUnit, or similar.
- Ensure high-quality test data and collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve test coverage.
- Develop and implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6-9 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
