Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience
- Must be an Oracle HCM core architect, with excellent understanding of all functions - Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, etc. Needs to understand work structure, job functions, role based access control, define security models, redefine how the security works across different functions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
