Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience.
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mapping.
- Configure and manage CMDB governance, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboards.
- Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practices.
- Implement and enhance ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub integrations.
- Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot complex platform, discovery, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and release management activities.
