Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience
- The Earnix Developer will be responsible for designing configuring building and optimizing pricing rating and underwriting models within the Earnix platform for the Hiscox Earnix Program
- The role is hands-on and focused on delivering high quality Earnix solutions while ensuring seamless integration with policy administration systems such as Guidewire
- The developer will work closely with actuarial pricing data science and technology teams across US business lines to support end-to-end pricing modernization initiatives
- This position aligns with industry recognized responsibilities for Earnix Developers who build enterprise grade pricing models rule logic data workflows and integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
