Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- Design solutions for the project that enable customer to meet their process business goals
- Leading the requirement session with client
- Development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application product family within an enterprise
- Strong PCLA Insurance domain knowledge
- Experience in ICD ICM
- Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools eg Rational Rose Together
- Experience in setting up business rules and workflow engines
- Design Development experience with object oriented programming in JAVA technology stack
- Experience in both high level as well as low level design
- Should have conducted requirements sessions understanding customers business processes
- Understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Leading a team of software specialists engineers for the creation implementation of solution architecture for a productapplication
- Experience in any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
