Job Description:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field with minimum 14 yrs of Experience
- Design and implement scalable data warehouse and lakehouse solutions using Snowflake.
- Architect end-to-end data platforms supporting healthcare analytics, reporting, and operational workloads.
- Lead migration of on-premises data warehouses to Snowflake.
- Develop data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration frameworks using ETL/ELT methodologies.
- Optimize Snowflake performance, storage, compute, and cost management.
- Design data models supporting healthcare business processes and analytics.
- Implement security, governance, data masking, and compliance controls.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and healthcare SMEs.
- Establish best practices for Snowflake architecture, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
