Job Title: ServiceNow UI Builder Lead
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- Must have 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Should have strong expertise in UI Builder, Script Includes, Service Portal.
- You will be leading UI development initiatives leveraging ServiceNow UI Builder
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. AngularJS and/or React
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Service Catalog.
- Preferred Customer Service Management (CSM), NowAssist (GenAI capabilities), Agentic AI solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
