Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience
- Plan sprint activities, allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs to maintain solution quality and minimize production issues.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables while guiding team members toward successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security best practices, and platform scalability.
- Design, develop, and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
- Work with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNow
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning issues and other technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform
- Hands on experience with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
