Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our Commercial POD and partner closely with business stakeholders across Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration modules, and experience supporting Patient Support Programs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- This role requires an independent, proactive professional who can quickly assume ownership of BAU operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
- Support and optimize Salesforce-based solutions, including configuration-related activities.
- Drive requirement workshops, process mapping, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and operational support requests.
- Manage and prioritize BAU activities while ensuring business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and production issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform and configuration modules.
- Hands-on experience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP) in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Salary : $60 - $65
