Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – Healthcare - AI Transformation
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 12 years of overall IT experience.
- 12–15 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong expertise in Claims/insurance segment
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP analysis, gap analysis, and Agile delivery.
- Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Analyze business processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering and AI teams.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities within business processes.
- Support UAT, business validation, and solution adoption.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working on AI-led transformation programs, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.
- Ability to identify AI use cases and translate business workflows, SOPs, and operational knowledge into AI-enabled solutions.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure, healthcare data, EDI/FHIR, and modern data platforms.
