Job description:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8 years of SAP SD experience with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management, delivery processing, billing, and revenue account determination.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions with deep knowledge of Pricing, Output Determination, Customer Master, Material Master, and Condition Master configuration.
- Configured SAP SD modules and integrated business processes across SAP MM, SAP FI, and Service Management to support end-to-end sales and financial operations.
- Designed, configured, and supported EDI/IDoc interfaces, ensuring seamless data exchange between SAP and external systems.
- Prepared detailed functional specifications and collaborated with ABAP teams on enhancements, user exits, BADIs, custom reports, and interface developments.
- Led requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), deployment activities, and post-go-live production support.
- Worked closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in onsite-offshore environments to deliver scalable SAP SD solutions and process improvements in S/4HANA landscapes.
