Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent,
- 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals
- Proven expertise in enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
- Strong data engineering background including data modeling, ETL/ELT design, large-scale migrations, and data quality governance
- Demonstrated daily use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context with measurable productivity outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-org DevOps tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
