Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- To manage a specific product or portfolio and set the strategic direction. Provide support to the bank’s senior management team and manage product development risk across the organisation.
- Develop the strategic direction for a specific product or portfolio, including implementing up-to-date methodologies and processes.
- Manage a specific product or portfolio, including oversight of colleagues, performance management, and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including identifying relevant stakeholders and maintaining the quality of external third-party services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the product or portfolio.
- Manage product or portfolio risk by identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring alignment with compliance functions.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes, identifying new opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
