Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CRM capabilities supporting Sales and Marketing organizations.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and business stakeholders to understand priorities, processes, and pain points.
- Conduct discovery workshops and process improvement sessions to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Translate business needs into scalable product capabilities and user-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Program Management teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and strategic goals.
- Drive AI-enabled product capabilities, including intelligent workflows, generative AI experiences, predictive insights, and automation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into CRM product strategy where applicable.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions and communicate product strategy, risks, roadmap, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and partner with Quality Engineering teams.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs while balancing feature development, technical debt, and production support.
- Support release planning, product launches, and continuous product improvements.
- Measure product success through adoption metrics, customer feedback, operational KPIs, and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or CRM solutions.
- Experience managing CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Operations business processes.
- Experience with AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, or Generative AI technologies.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong Agile/Scrum product delivery experience.
- Expertise in backlog management and prioritization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as:
- Outreach
- ZoomInfo
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Gong
- Exposure to AI platforms including:
- Microsoft Copilot
- Dynamics AI
- OpenAI
- Claude
- Experience in customer journey mapping, UX collaboration, and human-centered design.
- Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
