• Drive and champion enterprise-wide Change Management initiatives.

• Guide teams through technical transformation by introducing AI-centric practices, innovative approaches, and emerging concepts that shape the future of delivery.

• Partner closely with stakeholders to build alignment, foster adoption, and take ownership of the transformation journey from strategy through execution.

• Provide executive-level updates and insights to CIO leadership on progress, adoption, and organizational readiness.
