Job Title: Cards Business Analyst
Location: Hanover, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Elicit analyze and document business requirements through workshops interviews and discussions.
- Create and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories use cases and process flows.
- Translate business requirements into clear actionable specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners Project Managers Developers and QA teams.
- Support UAT planning and execution including test case review and defect triage.
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
- Ensure traceability of requirements through to solution delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and signoffs.
- Support production releases and postimplementation reviews.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience with Agile and or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Technical Functional Skills:
Experience with:
- User stories acceptance criteria
- Process modeling BPMN flowcharts
- Data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with tools such as
- JIRA Confluence
- MS Excel PowerPoint Visio
Basic understanding of
- Databases and data flows
- APIs and system integrations preferred
Domain Experience Preferred:
- Banking Financial Services Insurance
- Payments Regulatory Risk or Compliance systems
- Customer experience or workflow platforms eg Pega Salesforce
