Position: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead
Location: New York, NY
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, with at least 2-3 end to end implementations and 2-3 AMS engagement as Lead on Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, Payments, AR, Cash Management, and Expenses.
- Good process knowledge on Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
- Knowledge on Projects and Grants preferred.
- Technical Proficiencies: Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI, OIC.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and FBDI/ADFDI for data loads.
- Month-End Support: Assist finance users with month-end closing processes, reconciliation, and troubleshooting subledger accounting (SLA) issues.
- Third party support: Collaborate with Oracle Support to raise Service Requests (SRs) and follow up to resolution.
- Support Experience: Prior experience in a managed services or production support environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
