Our client is looking for an Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Lead / Architect for a project and below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Lead / Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with an overall 13–15 years of IT experience.
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle CPQ Cloud (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade Oracle CPQ implementations as a Lead, Solution Architect, or Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Commerce/Standard Process, including Redwood Quote UI configuration and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Asset-Based Ordering (ABO) and subscription lifecycle management, including amendments, renewals, co-termination, upgrades, and cancellations.
- Extensive experience in product modeling, configuration rules, constraint rules, and complex multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle CPQ Pricing Engine, including pricing rules, discounting strategies, recurring billing, and usage-based pricing models.
- Hands-on development experience with BML (BigMachines Language) and BMQL, including scripting, validations, automation, and data tables.
- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle Order Management, Oracle Subscription Management, and external enterprise applications using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions to support enterprise sales and quoting processes.
- Configure and manage Commerce/Standard Process workflows, including Redwood Quote UI, approvals, validations, and automation.
- Design and implement Asset-Based Ordering (ABO) and subscription lifecycle management solutions for amendments, renewals, co-termination, upgrades, and cancellations.
- Develop and maintain complex product models, configuration rules, attributes, pricing logic, and multi-level BOM structures.
- Configure the Oracle CPQ Pricing Engine, including discounting, pricing rules, recurring subscriptions, and usage-based pricing scenarios.
- Develop and optimize BML scripts, BMQL queries, custom actions, and automation to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, and third-party applications using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
