Job Summary
- Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB databases for high-performance applications.
- Develop database schemas, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and queries for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize query execution.
- Manage MongoDB clusters, replication, sharding, and backup/restore strategies.
- Implement database security, authentication, authorization, and encryption.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate MongoDB with applications.
- Automate database deployment, monitoring, and scaling using scripts or tools.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance of MongoDB databases.
- Perform version upgrades, patch management, and migration of databases.
- Document database configurations, standards, and best practices.
