Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12 years of experience.
- Relevant management consulting and/or industry transformation experience in supply chain and operations; level to be calibrated for C1/C2 based on scope, leadership, and business-development track record
- Strong Consumer Products, Retail, Direct-to-Consumer, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Logistics industry exposure
- Deep expertise in at least one primary domain: Transportation Management or Warehousing & Fulfillment; working knowledge of the other is expected
- Practical knowledge of supply chain planning, including IBP/S&OP, demand, supply, inventory, or replenishment planning
- Experience leading current-state assessments, process redesign, target operating models, roadmaps, business cases, and complex transformation programs
- Demonstrated client leadership, executive communication, workshop facilitation, proposal development, and team management
- Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable operational and financial outcomes
- Experience in Transportation: SAP Transportation Management, Oracle Transportation Management, Blue Yonder Transportation Management, Manhattan transportation solutions, or comparable platforms
- Warehousing: Manhattan WMS, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder WMS, or comparable platforms
- Planning: Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Blue Yonder Planning, or comparable platforms
- Enabling ecosystem: ERP, integration/API, master data, analytics, process mining, automation, control tower, and AI capabilities
- Data architecture & large data volume handling
