Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- Must have 8–12 years in business strategy, transformation, or technology-led business initiatives
- Should have business analyst experience , healthcare domain experience
- Must have strong experience in operating model design, process transformation, and roadmap execution
- Proven ability to translate executive discussions into actionable strategic plans and roadmaps
- Experience identifying AI/ML use cases that drive tangible business value
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
