Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Lead and manage teams in an Onsite–Offshore model.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices.
• Leverage AI for automation in testing workflows is Must
• Perform database testing with strong expertise in ETL concepts and ETL testing.
• Work extensively on end-to-end flows within retail domain marketing systems
• Strong QA process knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with database testing and ETL testing.
• Recent project experience with retail clients (back-end systems).
• Deep understanding of retail domain marketing systems and end-to-end flows.
• Review requirements and prepare the Test Plan
• Develop and execute ETL test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the

1. accuracy and integrity of data throughout the ETL process

• Verify data mappings, transformations, and data loading processes to ensure they

1. meet business requirements

• Should have various types of ETL testing experiences include Metadata Testing, Data Completeness Testing, Data Accuracy Testing, Data Transformation Testing, Data
• Quality Testing, Initial/Incremental load testing Validates data by running queries in the database and verifying that the results math the expectations .
• Perform data reconciliations between source and target systems
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of dimensional modelling and data warehouse
