Job description:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience with Cheers, Campaigns, and CRM
• Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application.
• Preferred applications: Ambulatory, Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow management.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
• Experience with Cheers, Campaigns, and CRM
• Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application.
