Job Description:
The Developer Support role within Development Quality provides technical support to third-party developers integrating with virtual reality platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external developers to resolve complex issues and convert bug reports into actionable engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using test devices and dev environments
- Perform debugging, technical analysis, and identify API/build issues
- Conduct root cause analysis using logs and runtime data
- Triage and prioritize bugs, assign to relevant engineering teams
- Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve developer experience
Qualifications:
- Relevant technical education or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong experience with Unity (C#) and Unreal Engine (C )
- Knowledge of XR/VR concepts, game development, and rendering
- Solid understanding of OOP, physics engines, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Android development, ADB, and debugging tools
- Strong skills in debugging, log analysis, and issue resolution
