Our client is looking for Delivery Lead / Engagement Manager – QA & Testing Services for a long term project and below is the detailed requirement.
Role: Delivery Lead / Engagement Manager – QA & Testing Services
Locations: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - Locals or only within PST time zone)
Employment Type: Contract
Experience: 15 Years
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 15 years in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
- Strong experience managing large-scale QA/testing engagements
- Expertise in Functional, Regression, Automation, Performance, and API Testing
- Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Continuous Testing methodologies
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Proven client-facing delivery leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing global/offshore-onshore delivery teams
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement & Client Management
- Own end-to-end testing engagements for one or multiple enterprise clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
Delivery Management
- Lead delivery of Functional, Automation, Performance, API, and UAT testing services
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and delivery milestones
QA Leadership
- Drive QA transformation initiatives including Shift-Left Testing and Continuous Testing
- Define QA frameworks, standards, and testing best practices
Team Management
- Lead and mentor distributed QA teams, Test Managers, and Leads
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage engagement financials including budget, revenue, margins, and utilization
- Support estimations, proposal creation, and Statement of Work (SOW) activities
