Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field with 12–15 years of overall experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing XDM schemas, Real-Time Customer Profiles, Identity Services, and segmentation strategies.
- Experience working with AEP APIs for data ingestion, profile updates, schema management, and real-time/on-demand segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of customer data modeling, data governance, data quality, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing and supporting data ingestion pipelines using JSON, XML, APIs, and ETL frameworks.
- Experience integrating Adobe Experience Platform with third-party marketing, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, audience activation, and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and marketing data lakes on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with privacy and compliance frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP Act.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, scalable data architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform is highly preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDK is a plus.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms and enterprise CDP ecosystems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable customer data models and schemas using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and XDM standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, architects, and developers to align customer data strategies with business goals and customer experience initiatives.
- Support and guide development teams in building data ingestion pipelines, integrations, and activation workflows using AEP services and APIs.
- Configure and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles, Identity Services, segmentation strategies, and audience activation processes.
- Design and validate ingestion workflows for structured and semi-structured data sources including JSON, XML, APIs, and third-party marketing platforms.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards across CDP implementations.
- Perform data validation, data quality checks, reconciliation, and troubleshooting for ingestion pipelines and customer profile datasets.
- Monitor AEP platform performance, troubleshoot integration and schema-related issues, and implement optimization strategies.
- Support onboarding of new customer data sources, channels, and marketing platforms into Adobe Experience Platform.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance personalization, customer segmentation, and activation capabilities.
- Analyze customer data trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including schema definitions, integration specifications, governance standards, operational procedures, and support guidelines.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, smoke testing, and post-production validation activities.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring data and integration issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform scalability, operational efficiency, automation, and data reliability.
- Promote Agile/Scrum best practices, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous learning across delivery teams.
