Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Duration: Long-term

Experience: 10 years


Key Requirements:

  • Strong Business Analysis experience and Salesforce configuration knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP) in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience with Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
  • Strong stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Ability to independently manage BAU support and production issues.
