Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience.
- You should have hands-on Google Apigee experience — proven ability to build and manage APIs using Apigee Edge or Apigee X (not specified).
- Strong JavaScript for Apigee policies — develop, debug, and maintain JavaScript-based policies for request/response processing.
- Should have RESTful API design — design APIs with proper resource modeling, HTTP methods, status codes, pagination, and error handling.
- Strong API security implementation — configure OAuth 2.0, API keys, JWT validation, and traffic management policies.
- Strong API lifecycle management — manage development, deployment, versioning, and retirement of APIs in Apigee.
- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting — use Apigee analytics and logs to identify and resolve latency, errors, and throughput issues.
- Backend integration — connect APIs to microservices or backend systems using HTTP-based integrations.
- Collaboration and documentation — participate in code reviews and produce clear API and policy documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
