Role Summary
- We are looking for an Agentic AI MCP (Model Context Protocol) Integration Specialist to enable seamless connectivity between agentic AI systems and enterprise tools, data sources, and services.
- This role focuses on implementing MCP-based integrations to allow AI agents to interact with external systems securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement MCP-based integrations for AI agents
- Connect AI systems with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, databases, APIs)
- Develop secure and reusable tool connectors for agent frameworks
- Enable context sharing and orchestration between models and tools
- Ensure data governance, access control, and security compliance
- Optimize integration performance and reliability
- Collaborate with AI developers to embed tools into agent workflows
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 10 years of experience in system integration/backend development
- Strong expertise in API development and integration patterns
- Experience with MCP or similar protocols/tool integration frameworks
- Proficiency in Python / Node.js
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SSO, RBAC)
- Familiarity with JSON, REST, and event-driven systems
Good to Have
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.)
- Exposure to data security and compliance standards
- Experience integrating LLM tools with business systems)
