Job Title : Adobe CJA Teach Lead

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience
- 8 to 12 years of experience in digital analytics, MarTech, or data engineering roles
- 4 years hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Proven experience leading enterprise scale analytics implementations
- Strong background working with regulated or security sensitive data environments (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare)
- Primary (Need to Have) Skills & Technologies
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) – dataset design, metrics, dimensions, attribution models
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – schemas, XDM, identity stitching, ingestion pipelines
- GA4 data ingestion and reconciliation
- Adobe Data Collection / Tags & data layer design
- Data modeling, schema governance, and documentation
- SQL and analytical querying for validation
- Debugging, QA, and data quality assurance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of Customer 360 / CDP integration models
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
