We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. We believe that communication, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence are the keys to providing an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service to every patient.
- Assist multiple doctors using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Take high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Support efficient patient flow in a busy, multi-provider practice.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and dental photography.
- Knowledge of Dentrix is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, but it is not required.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong team-first mindset.
