While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $20 USD per hour.

- Must be available full time
- Work Setting: M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, including sending invites, gathering materials, managing attendance, and liaising with catering and location vendors.
- Assists with the creation of digital and manual training tools as needed (Product Maps, Quizzes, etc.)
- Serve as the point of contact for the Retail Excellence inbox, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage attendance reports, analyze data, and track key performance indicators.
- Develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to support team meetings, training sessions, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide exceptional support during store visits and product knowledge trainings.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth operations.
Skills and Abilities required:
- Bachelor’s degree in progress (ideal concentrations: Education, business, graphic design, or business/management)
- In-store retail experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and other digital tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Must be able and willing to travel to NYC office and local boutique
