12 Hour Shifts (7am - 7pm) (Full & Part Time Positions Available)
- LPN's make frequent rounds to verify that appropriate nursing care (according to established policies and procedures) is provided; note any changes in a residents condition; intervene to correct any problems observed.
- Supervision of CNAs on your Unit.
- Renders skilled nursing care and services to residents.
- Observes and reports resident signs/symptoms and changes in condition in a timely manner to the Supervisor, MD, and Responsible Party
- Administers and documents medication/treatments as ordered per MD as indicated
- Assumes responsibility for safe administration and documentation of medications and treatments.
- Maintains accurate and complete records of resident condition and care/services.
