12 Hour Shifts (Full & Part Time Positions Available)

• LPN's make frequent rounds to verify that appropriate nursing care (according to established policies and procedures) is provided; note any changes in a residents condition; intervene to correct any problems observed.
• Supervision of CNAs on your Unit.
• Renders skilled nursing care and services to residents.
• Observes and reports resident signs/symptoms and changes in condition in a timely manner to the Supervisor, MD, and Responsible Party
• Administers and documents medication/treatments as ordered per MD as indicated
• Assumes responsibility for safe administration and documentation of medications and treatments.
• Maintains accurate and complete records of resident condition and care/services.
